All custom game engines, original chiptune synthesizers, artwork sprites, and documentation displayed on the Portal are the intellectual property of Arcade Portal and its contributing creators. All rights are reserved under international copyright conventions.

3. Monetization & Advertisements

The games are free to play and are paid for by advertising from Google. Ads may appear on content pages, between games, and when you choose to watch an ad for more Arcade Tokens. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use cookies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The games and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure 60 FPS performance across modern browsers, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay on obsolete hardware.
